How can I place an order?
Select the product and the quantity you want to buy and then click on the shopping cart, which is located in the upper right-hand corner, and, finally, click on finish purchase.
If it is the first time you visit us, you can buy as a guest or by registering. Register if you want all your purchases to be saved and exclusive offers and news can come to you. In either case, complete all the requested information.
When will I recive my order?
Orders that are placed before 11:00 am (Mon-Fri), leave the warehouse that same day and are delivered in 48 hours. After 11:00 am (Mon-Fri) they are prepared the next day and delivered in 24-72 hours. For remote towns such as towns or orders over 40 kg, courier delivery times will be 24-96 h.
What are the accepted means of payment?
Any credit card.
Paypal.
How much are the shipping costs?
For purchases over € 60, shipping is free.
For purchases under € 60, shipping will be € 4.95.
Are orders made outside the Peninsula?
Currently we only place orders within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse, receiving it in a maximum of 72 hours, as long as you are registered.
Can I return my order?
If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error, you can return completely free of charge. If it’s due to another reason, you can return it at the cost of shipping, as long as the products haven’t been opened.
